How to Upload Receive Inventory Stock in Bulk

Notes:

  1. This can only be done via the portal, not the terminal or mobile application.

Instruction Steps:

  1. Log in to the Pitstop Portal: https://portal.pitstop.my/
  2. On the Side Menu, click on “Bulk Receive Stock” under “Inventory” and go to “Download Template”.
  3. Open the template file, and it will already show the Product ID and Product Name, you can just input the Stock Keeping Unit (SKU), Quantity and Unit Cost. Once done, you can save the file.
  4. Go back to the portal and choose the Branch, DO Reference,  Notes (if have). Then, upload the file that you update the additional details earlier and click on the “Submit” button.
  5. Once done, the inventory will automatically add to the inventory transaction and you can view it.
