Notes:

1. This can only be done via the portal, not on the terminal or mobile application.

Instruction Steps:

1. Log in to the Pitstop Portal: https://portal.pitstop.my/
2. On the Side Menu and scroll to “Product and Promotion”. Then click on the drop down arrow.
3. Click on “Categories” and go to the “Add Categories” button.
4. Insert your “Category Name” and click the “Save Changes” button.

1. Then go to “Product” and click the “Add Product” button.
2. You can choose the “Product Type” either Standard, Package or Bundle.

i) For Standard Product

1. Fill in the product name, description and category that you want to add inside and click the “Save Changes” button.
2. If the product has a price based on variants, go to “Variants”and  add the attributes (eg: Size, Color, Material), then “Add Variants”. Put the car size and price in each of them and save it. Then, click the “Save Changes” button.
   
   
3. If the product has no variants, you can add the price by clicking on “Pricing” then click the “Save Changes” button. Your product now successfully adds to the product list.

ii) For Package Product

1. Fill in the product name, description and category that you want to add inside.
2. Go to “Configuration” to set up the award settings, put your Award Validality Day based on how many days you want valid after purchase.
3. Then, click on “Add Product” and choose the product that will be rewarded after they purchase this package.
   
   
4. Once done, you can see the Package Awards details. You can issue the awards to customers or vehicles. You also can edit back and delete awards if the wrong key is in. Then, click on “Save Changes”
5. Then, go to “Pricing” and put your price of the package product and click the “Save Changes” button. Your package product now successfully adds to the product list.

iii) For Bundle Product.

1. Fill in the product name, description and category that you want to add inside.
2. Go to “Configuration” to set up the product that your customer will receive at a single price. Then, click on “Add Product” and choose the product that will be rewarded after they purchase this package.
3. Once done, you can see the bundle configuration details. You also can edit back and delete the product if the wrong key is in. Then, click on the “Save Changes” button.
4. Then, go to “Pricing” and put your price of the bundle product and click the “Save Changes” button. Your bundle product now successfully adds to the product list.
