Add in customers / vehicle into the portal

Notes:

  1. This can only be done via the portal, not on the terminal or mobile application.

Instruction Steps:

i) Add Customer

  1. Log in to the Pitstop Portal: https://portal.pitstop.my/
  2. On the Side Menu, click on the “Customers” under “Operations”.
  3. Click on the “Add Customer” button.
  4. Fill in all the details (the information that (*) is important and must be required). Then, click the “Create” button.
  5. After creating the customer details. It will add in the customer list. Then, if you want to review the customer details, just click the customer’s phone number.

ii) Add Vehicle

  1. On the Side Menu, click on the “Vehicles” under “Operations”.
  2. Click on the “Add Vehicle” button.
  3. Fill in all the details (the information that (*) is important and must be required) and click the “Save Changes” button.
  4. After creating the customer details. It will add in the customer list. Then, if you want to review the customer details, just click the customer’s phone number.
