Check total sales by month

Notes:

  1. Can only be done via portal, not through terminal or phone app.

Instruction Steps:

  1. Log in to Portal.
  2. On the side menu, click on “Export Sales Data” under “Data Management”.
  3. Fill in the “Start Date” and ‘End Date”.
  4. Click on “Download CSV”.
  5. Open the file.
  6. Select all the data by “ CRTL + Shift + Left arrow” and “CTRL + Shift + Down arrow”.
  7. Click on “Insert” and the Ribbon, and then click on Pivot Table.
  8. Click on “Ok” and it will open a new sheet on the same file.
  9. Click on any cell near the pivot table.
  10. The Pivot Table Fields tab will appear on the left side of the sheet.
  11. It will generate a full Pivot Table.
  12. To filter by month, left click on the first column cell, and look for “Group”.
  13. Then, click on “Months” and click “Ok”.
  14. Then it will show you the total sales by month.
