Check total sales for a particular month

Notes:

  1. This can only be done via the portal, not on the terminal or mobile application.

Instruction Steps:

  1. Log in to the Pitstop Portal: https://portal.pitstop.my/
  2. On the Side Menu, click on “Export Sales Data” under “Data Management”.
  3. Fill in the “Start Date” and “End Date”.
  4. Click on “Download CSV”.
  5. Open the file.
  6. Select all the data by “CTRL + Shift + Left Arrow” and “CTRL + Shift + Down arrow”.
  7. Click on Insert and the Ribbon, and then click on “Pivot Table”.
  8. Click on “Ok” and it will open a new sheet on the same file.
  9. Click on any cell near the pivot table.
  10. The Pivot Table Fields tab will appear on the left side of the sheet.
  11. Start filtering as below (the content may vary depending on the reason for checking total sales). Eg: check total sales for the month of December by products sold by branches.
