Check customers' frequency of visit
Notes:
- This can only be done via the portal, not on the terminal or mobile application.
- To check how many times customers visited the store.
Instruction Steps:
- Log in to the Pitstop Portal: https://portal.pitstop.my/
- Under “Operations”, click on the drop down arrow, and click on “Customers”.


- Click on the "Filter" icon at the top right.

- Select “Frequency of Visit”, and filter according to what is needed. Example: I want to find out how many times my customers had visited my car wash less than 4 times since January till February 25th.

- Then click on “Update”.
