How to Download Statement of Account to Customer

Notes:

  1. This can only be done via the portal, not the terminal and mobile application.

Instruction Steps:

  1. Log in to the Pitstop Portal: https://portal.pitstop.my/
  2. On the Side Menu, click on “Statement of Account” under “Finance”.
  3. Choose the date, branch, and search the customer name.
  4. You can choose the statement only to show the paid or the unpaid invoice. Then, click on the “Generate PDF” button.
  5. You can review the PDF file. Then, click the “Download” button and can send the pdf file to your customer.
