Sending out Service Reminder
Notes:
- This can only be done via the portal and mobile application, not on the terminal
- There’s 2 ways:
i) via invoice
ii) via products
Instruction Steps:
i) Via Invoice
- Log in to Pitstop Portal: https://portal.pitstop.my/
- Search for the Invoice Number (Eg: INV-1587644):
- Click into the Invoice Number

- Click on the Invoice Number and scroll down till you see “Reminders”.

- Click on “Add Reminder”, and then select on the product for service reminder, and click on “Create”

6. The Reminder will be shown on the invoice page once you have created the Service Reminder, and directly to the Customer’s WhatsApp according to the Due Date set


ii) Via Products
- Log into Pitstop Portal: https://portal.pitstop.my/
- On the Side Menu, scroll to the “Products & Promotion”, then click on “Products”

- Choose the product to set Service Reminder for:

- Click on the product and select “Service Reminder”. Then “Enable” the service reminder for the product and click “Save Changes”
