How to Schedule an Appointment

Notes:

  1. This can only be done via the portal, not on the terminal or mobile application.
  2. There are two ways to schedule the appointment which is through Pitstop Portal or Service Reminder.

Instruction Steps:

i) Through Pitstop’ Portal

  1. Log in to the Pitstop Portal: https://portal.pitstop.my/
  2. On the Side Menu, click on “Appointments”.
  3. Click on the “Add Appointment” button.
  4. Enter all required information such as Name Branch, Customer Name, No Vehicle, Date and Time Slot, Note (Optional) then click on “Create Appointment” button.
  5. To view your scheduled appointments, click on the “ALL” tab. This will display a full list of all entries.
  6. Click on the specific “ID” to view the details for that customer's appointment.  
  7. Within the Appointment Details page, you have the option to “Cancel” or “Reschedule” the appointment as needed.

ii) Through Service Reminder

  1. Your customer will receive the service reminder and they can schedule the appointment by themself.
  2. They can click on “Schedule an Appointment”.
  3. The appointment scheduling form will appear. They can choose the date and time slot.
  4. They can review the appointment details before they confirm the appointment. Once done, they can click on the “Confirm Booking” button.
  5. The appointment made by the customer will be submitted and awaiting approval.
  6. They also can cancel the appointment or reschedule the appointment by themself.
