View payment methods by branch

Notes:

  1. This can only be done via the portal, not on the terminal or mobile application.

Instruction Steps:

  1. Log in to the Pitstop Portal: https://portal.pitstop.my/
  2. On the Side Menu, click on “Payment Received” under “Reports”. Then go to the “Filter” button.
  3. Go to Date Range and choose the range date you want to see the payment method.
  4. Go for the brand you want to see the payment method and click the “Update” button.
  5. You will find the payment accounts breakdown by amount and transaction counts.

  6. You also can see a summary of payment received each of the payment methods and total of transactions and amount.
  7. In specific transactions, you can see all the transaction details as your references.
