Filter number of customers by branch

Notes:

  1. This can only be done via the portal, not the terminal and mobile application.

Instruction Steps:

  1. Log in to the Pitstop Portal: https://portal.pitstop.my/
  2. On the Side Menu, click on “Customer” under “Operation” and click the “Filter” button.
  3. Scroll down and click on “Branch Visited” and choose the branch you want to see, then click the “Update” button.  
  4. It will show all the customers that have visited your branch, you can tick and see the total number of customers.
  5. You can also send WhatsApp Blast or SMS Blast based on these customer filters.
