How to Settings the Appointment by branch

Notes:

  1. This can only be done via the portal, not on the terminal or mobile application.

Instruction Steps:

  1. Log in to the Pitstop Portal: https://portal.pitstop.my/
  2. On the Side Menu, click on “Branch” under “Configuration”. Then go to “Appointments”.
  3. You can see the booking link which you can copy and give the link to your customer directly. You also can make QR code from the link for customers to scan and book an appointment.
  4. In the “Appointment Settings”, you can schedule by daily or weekly and choose the open days based on your business operation day and time.
  5. For “Time Slots”, you can click, hold dan drag to create time slots. You can set the duration anytime you want.
  6. For “Parallel Slots”, you can choose how many appointments you can make per slot.
  7. “Blackout Dates” is the day your business is closed for any reason such as Public Holiday.
  8. You can enable customer notifications to notify them for their appointments. Once done, you can click the “Save Changes” button.
