Check credit balance

Notes:

  1. Can only be done through the portal, and not through the terminal or phone app.

Instruction Steps:

i) Through customers’ portal

  1. Log in to the Pitstop Portal: https://portal.pitstop.my/ 
  2. On the Side Menu, click on the drop down arrow next to “Operations”.
  3. Click on “Customers” and search for the customer (can be through name or phone number).
  4. In the customer’s profile, look for “Credit Balance” and click on it.

ii) Through Finance

  1. Log in to the Pitstop Portal: https://portal.pitstop.my/ 
  2. On the Side Menu, scroll to “Finance” and click on the drop down arrow.
  3. Click on “Credit transaction”.
  4. Filter the “Customers’ Name”, then click on “Update”.
